The staff of centralized Customer Service Cell has been provided with adaptable and easy to use formulas to resolve the complaints. The Customer Service Cell staff numbering 50 is operational at 2nd Floor of the corporate office under the direct control of Mr. S.D.Aggarwal. Mr. Aggarwal always views the complaints from the customer's point of view and the staff is encouraged to be friendly with customers. The staff has been trained on how to talk to customers when the customers are upset.
All the offices are inter-connected through On Line Tracking System, which was launched in the month of August by the company in the year 2004. This has facilitated the customers to know the status of their consignments at any given time on the internet.
