1. DATA restricted articles.
2. Chemicals and Inflammable items.
3. Currency, Gold or Silver jewellery and any other precious or semi-precious items.
4. Bulk pharmaceuticals.
5. Bulk commodities like washing machines, cooking ranges, electronic bake.
6. Drugs (Narcotics).
7. Fragile commodities i.e. Glass and China
8. Pornographic material
9. Food stuff
10. Live animals and plants
11. Fire arms
12. Passport, Bearer Cheque, Debit Card, Blue magazine & Blue photographs and (CD) Blue



Volumetric Charging
3. Bulky outsize packages will be charged as per volumetric weight. If volumetric weight is higher than the actual weight, formula for calculating Volumetric Weight is :
   LxWxH (cm3) + 6000 = Volumetric Weight (Kgs)
4. Blazeflash will not provide any insurance coverage for consignment sent by "THE SHIPPER" even if the value is declared
5. Unless a greater value is declared in the space provided on this way bill and freight on value charges are paid. If the SHIPPER agrees that the declared value of the shipments is upto Rs. 100/-, the Shipper agrees that he has read and understood the terms and conditions set on the reverse of the way bill, the shipper declares that the shipment does not contain any currency or any material which violates that condition of carriage.
6. For credit customers, BLAZEFLASH will raise monthly bills on "THE SHIPPER" at the beginning of each month for all shipments carried by BLAZEFLASH during the immediate previous calendar month. The SHIPPER undertakes to pay the monthly bill in full within 7 days after the reciept of the bill. All payments will be made by "A/c payee cheque" or "Demand Draft" in favour of "BLAZEFLASH COURIERS LIMITED".
7. This contract shall be modified only by mutual consent in writing and can be terminated by either party with a minimum proof written notice of one month or the other. Any such terminations shall not affect at rights and remedies accursed to any party.
8. Proof of delivery of the consignment will be provided on request, but under no circumstances it shall be preconditioned for payment of the bills.
9. Queries on consignment should be raised within 30 days from the date of dispatch of the consignment.
10. In case of any Octroi, Customs Duty or any other government duty being levied on any of the consignment the same shall be paid by the Consignor/Consignee immediately on demand so as to facilitate speedy movement of the consignment.
11. BLAZEFLASH has prohibited few items including Combustible/Hazardous materials, Cash and Cash instruments such as Indira Vikas Patra, Jewellery, Fire Arms, Gold(Precious metals). Sender will be entirely responsible to the civil and criminal consequences arising out of any attempt to dispatch the prohibited items through BLAZEFLASH.
12. Any dispatch controversy or claim arising to of or relating to the contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
13. "No compensation or refund will be paid due to late delivery of the consignment."
